This page shows all the libraries, lists, discussion boards, and surveys in this Web site. Click the name of a library or list to view its contents. To create a new library or list, click Create.
Before deleting outdated documents they should be stored on the archives page for future reference. The easiest method is to upload to the archives when uploading new documents to minutes. This process is not simultaneous, you will need to upload to each page separately.
Reports required to be submitted prior to meetings should be stored here. Select "Upload Documents", select "Browse" to find the document on your hard drive, select "Save and Close"
